Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Manhattan Beach, CA that is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Analyst.
Duties:
* Review, evaluate and take action on IT Portfolio information and metrics to ensure the IT portfolio is meeting intended objectives
* Ensure IT portfolio information, metrics and reports are kept up to date
* Review and assist stakeholders with the completion and review of business cases for proposed projects for the portfolio
* Review and assist stakeholders with the completion of project change requests for projects that are inflight in the portfolio
* Lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to review information related to inflight projects, projects in backlog and related project budget information
* Review, evaluate and assist stakeholders with IT resource capacity information to ensure resources are available to execute projects within their intended timeframe
* Assist in the preparation of materials and participate in monthly IT leadership Portfolio Review meetings
* Other IT portfolio duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Office 365 - moderate level of expertise in Excel
* Smartsheet - moderate knowledge in the use of Smartsheet highly preferred
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
