Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations, assessing the mental health needs of clients through interviews and standardized assessments to craft competent and effective treatment plans.
• Deliver diverse therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and directly reflective of clients' progress.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that enhances treatment outcomes for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health theory and practice.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations governing counseling practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering counseling services in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to effectively engage and support clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
