• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to obtain relevant psychosocial history and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and are tailored to achieve client goals.
• Implement solution-focused psychotherapy sessions to guide clients toward mental and emotional improvement, allowing them to cultivate resilience.
• Maintain thorough, confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.

As an LCSW at Calvert Youth Behavioral Center, you will work primarily with a diverse population of children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in New York State.
