Job description

This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere within the U.S.
The Program Manager, Talent Management plays a critical role in designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs that drive engagement, growth and performance across the organization. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Talent Management, this role partners closely with People Team Centers of Expertise and People and OD Partners to build and scale initiatives for performance management, talent and succession planning, recognition and rewards, listening strategies and promotion frameworks. With a focus on creating meaningful team member experiences, the Program Manager ensures programs are aligned to business needs and integrated across the talent lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the end-to-end design, implementation and management of core talent programs: performance management, succession planning, promotions, and talent assessment (20%)
  • Partner with Workforce Analytics to define and implement a listening strategy inclusive of the full talent lifecycle (20%)
  • Define the Rewards and Recognition philosophy and framework (20%)
  • Building and implement project plans, establish and manage project deadlines and deliverables for talent management initiatives, including required reporting to senior leadership and the Board, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and quality assurance of all deliverables. (20%)
  • Partner with L&D to create training content, communications, and identification of talent for development programs. (10%)
  • Partner with talent leadership on talent management reporting needs across the organization and manage teams to ensure they are properly built, tested, launched. (10%)

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Psychology
  • Preferred Degree: Master's Degree Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology
  • Years of experience: 5+ years of experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

  • Strong talent program management background, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large People projects.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs in two or more of the following talent management disciplines: performance management, succession, promotions, career development, retention.
  • Workday experience with talent management functions.
  • Training documentation expertise.
  • Standard reporting and analytics capabilities for talent management metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to drive design and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to design and implement high-level strategic initiatives, but also dig into details and tactics to get the job done.

The starting rate is $80,000 to $90,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
