Job description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing Programs to lead one of our most important demand generation and client engagement channels.

This role is responsible for overseeing our webinar and CLE program end-to-end - from topic ideation and speaker coordination through event execution, post-event marketing, and performance reporting - while also supporting broader customer marketing initiatives, including serving as the marketing liaison for our Client Advisory Board.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, this individual will play a critical role in driving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), strengthening client relationships, elevating thought leadership, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital programs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; is exceptionally detail-oriented; and brings both strategic thinking and operational excellence to complex marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar & CLE Program Management

  • Own the planning, and execution of the company's webinar and CLE program from concept through post-event follow-up
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify timely, relevant webinar and CLE topics aligned to client interests and business priorities
  • Collaborate with presenters to shape, refine, and organize presentation materials for clarity, quality, and audience engagement
  • Manage all event logistics including timelines, registrations, speaker coordination, rehearsal scheduling, attendee communications, polling/Q&A setup, and day-of production oversight
  • Lead post-event marketing activities including on-demand promotion, nurture workflows, reporting, and content repurposing
  • Monitor webinar and CLE program performance, with a strong focus on MQL generation, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and continuous optimization
  • Ensure continuing education accreditation requirements and documentation processes are executed accurately and on time

Customer Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Serve as strategic marketing partner to key customer-facing initiatives, including the Client Advisory Board, executive roundtables, client programs, targeted account-based campaigns, direct mail/gifting initiatives, and other relationship-building efforts designed to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth
  • Support customer-facing marketing initiatives designed to strengthen client engagement, retention, and relationship growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with business development, sales, digital marketing, and subject matter experts to align customer programs with broader business objectives

Website & Marketing Operations Support

  • Collaborate with digital and operations teams to ensure webinar, CLE, and customer marketing campaigns are effectively integrated into marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Maintain high standards for quality assurance, accuracy, and brand consistency across all program materials and communications

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing programs, field marketing, demand generation, webinar marketing, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing webinar and/or CLE programs from strategy through execution and reporting
  • Experience working closely with subject matter experts to develop and refine presentation content
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms such as ON24, Cvent, Zoom Webinar, GoTo Webinar, Webex, or similar tools
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience working within website CMS platforms and project management systems (Monday.com, Wrike, Asana)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus
  • Professional services, legal, consulting, or B2B services industry experience strongly preferred
