• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges, objectives, and cultural context.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), delivering services in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in line with clinic policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health management strategies, helping them gain insights and tools to enhance their well-being.
• Engage in team-based collaboration with healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring comprehensive treatment pathways.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to improve client outcomes as needed.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced trauma and adverse life events. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
