To thrive as a Remote Trauma Informed Coach, you need a background in psychology, counseling, or social work, along with specialized training or certification in trauma-informed practices. Familiarity with virtual coaching platforms, secure communication tools, and client management systems is typically expected. Exceptional listening, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust remotely are standout soft skills in this role.
