Job Title: D365 F&O Operations Trainer
Location: Mexico (Remote)
Role Overview:
We need a D365 Supply Chain & Operations Trainer to deliver structured training for warehouse, procurement, planning, and logistics functions. The consultant will work closely with operations teams to drive hands-on system adoption.
Scope of Modules:
  • Warehouse Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Master Planning
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Transportation Management
  • Handheld / Mobile WMS flows
  • Docentric (document templates)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) training across SCM & WMS areas.
  • Run Day-in-the-Life simulations for warehouse and procurement users.
  • Develop job aids, SOPs, and floor-level training materials.
  • Validate operational workflows with functional leads.

Experience Required:
  • 5-10 years D365 SCM/Warehouse/Production experience.
  • Strong knowledge of handheld scanner flows (WMS mobile).
  • Experience delivering functional training to operations teams.
  • Ability to map real-world warehouse processes to D365.
