About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate operations team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact across a portfolio of active transactions, supporting agents and coordinating all parties - from executed contract through closing. You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless home buying and selling experience for our customers. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Transaction Operations Manager.

What you'll do here:

ย ย ย ย ย  Manage time-sensitive transaction tasks from executed contract to close, maintaining a consistent focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience at every stage.
ย ย ย ย ย  Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate closings with title companies and lenders, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurate, and that closings are recorded in a timely manner.
ย ย ย ย ย  Draft MLS listings and verify that all required documentation is received and accurate prior to listing properties.
ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure contract documents and amendments meet regional and transaction-specific compliance requirements.
ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor transaction progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain accurate, well-organized transaction files and records throughout the lifecycle of each deal.
ย ย ย ย ย  Deliver consistent, professional communication and service to all parties involved in a transaction.
