Position Overview

Our client is a leading provider of PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing solutions, helping homeowners access affordable funding for home improvement projects that conserve energy and water. Their mission is to make sustainable home upgrades accessible while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process.

We are seeking a Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced, high-volume lending team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in consumer lending, mortgage servicing, banking, call centers, or financial services who enjoy helping customers while managing multiple priorities.

The Loan Processor is responsible for supporting borrowers and contractors throughout the loan process, handling inbound and outbound communications, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage a large loan pipeline while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with borrowers and contractors regarding loan applications and loan status updates.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of consumer loan applications from origination through closing.
  • Accurately collect, review, and enter borrower information into various loan processing systems.
  • Partner with Sales Managers, Client Success Managers, Underwriting, and contractors to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Communicate lending decisions, application status updates, and next steps to customers and contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working toward first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate loan records and documentation throughout the lending process.
  • Meet established production, quality, and turnaround-time expectations.

Required Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
