Ken's Gutters is a growing national commercial gutter maintenance company looking for an Insurance & Compliance Coordinator to support our operations team.
Your work will ensure that every commercial job meets insurance and vendor compliance requirements before our crews arrive on-site.
What You'll Do
  • Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and client insurance requirements
  • Request updated certificates and endorsements from insurance providers
  • Complete vendor credentialing through client compliance portals
  • Verify billing information, property contacts, and work order details
  • Track approval status for active projects
  • Communicate with property managers and management companies by email
  • Ensure every job is fully approved before scheduling
