This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. Our telehealth model is designed to make mental health support accessible to a wider audience, ensuring that you can maintain a flexible work schedule while effectively meeting the needs of your clients from the comfort of your own home. You can expect to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life harmony.

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on client-specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment models and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and refine comprehensive care plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Maintain precise, organized, and compliant clinical documentation that adheres to best practices and regulatory standards, enabling effective client tracking and continuity of care.
• Implement relevant therapeutic strategies and interventions to support client well-being, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Engage in outreach initiatives and community engagement activities to raise awareness about mental health resources and contribute to reducing stigma within the community.

The clients you will support come from a variety of backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Our organization emphasizes personalized care, tailoring therapeutic methodologies to meet the distinct needs of each client. You will be instrumental in creating a safe environment that fosters healing, growth, and acceptance.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for this role.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling is required.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized areas such as trauma-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and family therapy will be highly regarded. Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus, as it aligns with our commitment to remote service delivery.

The salary range for this role is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
