Work Environment

This therapist position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while engaging with clients through virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions to help clients achieve their specific mental health goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans, ensuring that clients receive the most appropriate and effective care.
• Document all client interactions accurately and thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality while ensuring detailed record-keeping for treatment continuity.
• Empower clients by helping them develop personalized strategies for long-term mental health success, navigating challenges, and fostering resilience.
• Engage in community networking and outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each client’s unique background and circumstances will guide your approach, allowing you to tailor therapy strategies that resonate on a personal level.

Qualifications

• A valid Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Maintained licensure as an L.C.S.W., L.P.C., or L.M.F.T. in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly with a focus on community outreach and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
