Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a collaborative team dedicated to mental wellness. You will work flexible hours from Monday to Friday, with a structured schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. High Hopes Behavioral Health employs a robust telehealth platform to facilitate client sessions, enabling you to connect with clients seamlessly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities appropriate for their issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including other mental health professionals and medical practitioners, to evaluate clients' progress and refine treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
• Equip clients with practical coping strategies and life skills to promote their emotional resilience and long-term mental health improvement.
• Engage in community outreach and establish networking opportunities to support client referrals and promote the services of High Hopes Behavioral Health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at High Hopes, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and various life transitions. Your expertise will help guide clients through their unique experiences, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted professional license such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical mental health experience is essential, providing a strong basis for understanding various mental health issues and effective treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling is preferred, as familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will enhance your ability to provide effective care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques is a plus, particularly in the areas of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
