Job description

  • Third-Party Risk Management:
  • Oversee and manage third-party risk management processes, with a focus on Aravo.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including supplier setup, procurement, invoicing, and payment.
  • Understand and optimize supplier setup processes.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Drive testing activities, including the development and execution of test scripts.
  • Ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Allocate approximately 25% of time to testing-related tasks.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare and deliver status reports to the C-Suite and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities.
  • Program Management:
  • Assist with overall program management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A background in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in third-party risk management, with a strong preference for experience with Aravo.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Supplier Management.
  • Experience in supplier management, including procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of supplier setup and procurement processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and execute test scripts and drive testing activities.
  • Proficiency in status reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or Aravo.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
