Role OverviewThis company is looking for a Head of Growth to design, launch, and scale the go-to-market engine that brings its AI agent platform to real-world business customers. The candidate will work directly with the founders to make core GTM decisions and build the channels that drive company growth.
The ideal candidate has experience marketing frontier products at early-stage companies and understands how to build growth engines from 01 and 110. They will help architect a system that supports multiple AI-launched products in parallel. One week they may convene a curated group of founders to pressure test a new agent-built product. The next, they may execute a high-visibility campaign that drives industry-wide conversation in the AI space.
The mandate is clear: generate measurable traction and make the company a defining player in the agentic AI category.
