Key Responsibilities- Conduct individualized one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, leveraging clinical expertise to improve their mental health.
- Facilitate meaningful conversations that encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings, helping them gain self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
- Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in setting realistic goals and formulating actionable steps towards achieving them.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused methodology.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans while utilizing our intuitive online dashboard.
You will primarily work with a diverse group of stable adults facing various low-acuity mental health challenges. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
