Customer Support
Publishing
$18.00 per hour
Monday–Friday, shift scheduled within 7:00am–6:00pm
Columbus, Ohio
Open Ended Contract

• Helping customers

What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries by email across the company’s publishing and educational brands
• Handle inbound phone calls and complete outbound customer follow-up
• Educate customers on the company’s products
• Review incoming cases (tickets) daily to determine whether they are spam and, if valid, identify the source
• Enter ticket details into the system so the team can research, address, and resolve them

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and email communication skills
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong technical skills to support customers via phone, email, chat, and text
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to toggle easily between multiple systems
• Willingness to learn, a good record of job tenure, and reliable attendance
