Equipped is a fast-growing property management software platform that helps landlords and property managers streamline rent collection, tenant onboarding, maintenance, vendor coordination, and property operations.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to landlords, tenants, and vendors. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve issues, navigate the platform, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text.
  • Assist with account setup, onboarding, rent payments, maintenance requests, and platform questions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.
  • Help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Report recurring issues and provide feedback to improve the platform.

Qualifications
