Senior Product Manager
 
LeadVenture is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of a cross-platform inventory pricing tool used by dealers across our website ecosystems (Dealer Spike, IRV, and DealerCarSearch). 
 
This role sits at the intersection of data, marketplace dynamics, and dealer success, owning a product that directly impacts dealer competitiveness, inventory turn, and revenue performance. You’ll define how dealers price inventory intelligently using data-driven insights, automation, and seamless platform integration. 
 
This product will directly influence how thousands of dealers price and sell inventory across LeadVenture platforms.  
 
Done well, it will: 
 
  • Increase dealer profitability 
  • Improve inventory turnover 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
 
Own the Product Strategy  
  • Define and drive the vision for a unified inventory pricing tool across multiple LeadVenture platforms 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data (market trends, demand signals, competitor pricing) to improve pricing recommendations 
Build Dealer-Centric Solutions  
  • Develop tools that help dealers price inventory competitively while maximizing margin and velocity 
  • Balance automation with control, ensuring flexibility for different dealer segments (powersports, RV, automotive) 
Drive Cross-Platform Integration  
  • Lead product alignment across Dealer Spike, IRV, and DealerCarSearch 
  • Ensure a consistent and scalable pricing experience across platforms with varying architectures and customer needs 
Leverage Data & Insights  
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to develop pricing models, benchmarks, and recommendations 
  • Define KPIs such as inventory turn rate, pricing competitiveness, and dealer adoption 
Execute with Engineering & Design  
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, and platform teams to deliver intuitive and performant tools 
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in an agile environment 
Engage Stakeholders  
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product-market fit 
  • Gather dealer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements 
Measure & Optimize  
  • Continuously test and refine pricing algorithms and UX flows 
  • Use experimentation (A/B testing) to improve outcomes for dealers and consumers 
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
 
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplaces, SaaS, or data-driven products 
  • Experience building pricing, merchandising, or inventory optimization tools is strongly preferred 
  • Strong understanding of two-sided marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or e-commerce platforms 
  • Proven ability to work across multiple products/platforms and align stakeholders 
  • Experience working with data science teams and translating models into usable product features 
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
