Summary:
The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables.
  • Proactively researches, identifies, and resolves issues and/or code as necessary.
  • Participates in the implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc.
  • Participate in release activities and on-call rotations as needed.
  • Part of a team that is involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.
  • Works with team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams.
  • Creates and maintains automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year programming experience, or successful participation in the Tech Youth Program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills and a good understanding of software development principles and project lifecycles
  • Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to explain project risks and issues, and IT related concepts clearly and concisely
  • High motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas.
