Location: Hybrid, up to 20% onsite required
Reports to: Remote Experience Manager
Travel: 20%
Status: Limited Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: This position will be scheduled every Monday and Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and every Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

As a Remote Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service through multiple remote channels. You'll guide members through transactions, educate them on our products and digital tools, and help them achieve financial well-being-all while ensuring every experience reflects our commitment to care and community.
What You'll Do:
  • Be the Voice of TRUE Community: Provide real-time assistance via phone, chat, email, and interactive teller machines (ITMs), ensuring members feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and patience while maintaining accuracy and urgency.
  • Solve and Educate: Listen actively to understand member needs, resolve inquiries on the first contact whenever possible, and educate members on digital services and financial solutions.
  • Support Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments through ITMs, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Champion Digital Adoption: Help members navigate new technologies confidently, addressing concerns and promoting benefits.
  • Deepen Relationships: Identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being through tailored product recommendations.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with team members and other departments, share feedback, and engage in ongoing training and development.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Basic personal finance knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial institution experience
  • Bi-lingual

Expected Starting Salary Range: $19.35 - $22.76 per hour based on experience beyond what is required of the role and geographic location.
