• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop comprehensive and effective treatment plans tailored to their individual mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in delivering personalized therapy sessions.
• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress to ensure their growth and adjustment to treatment.
• Offer teletherapy services to clients, maintaining a strong rapport through virtual platforms and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
• Document client interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging practices in mental health treatment.

• A current and valid license from the state of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, enabling you to navigate client experiences with a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload effectively while prioritizing documentation and administrative duties.

• Experience providing teletherapy services and adapting therapeutic approaches for virtual sessions.
• Prior experience working within diverse populations, including underserved communities.
• Familiarity with the telehealth platforms currently utilized in the industry.
