Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for leading Real-World Evidence (RWE) research projects from initiation through delivery, partnering closely with clients, epidemiologists, research teams, and biostatisticians to ensure successful project execution.

This role combines project leadership, scientific understanding, and client consulting. The successful candidate will not only manage timelines and deliverables but will also provide strategic recommendations, facilitate client discussions, proactively solve problems, and contribute to the overall success of RWE research programs.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Real-World Evidence, health research, consulting, or other highly client-facing environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple stakeholders.

Ideal Background
  • 3-4 years of project management, consulting, or research management experience
  • Experience supporting Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects
  • Experience with database studies, qualitative research, quantitative research, and interview-based studies
  • Scientific background in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills
  • Experience presenting recommendations and guiding decision-making discussions
  • Ability to work effectively with epidemiologists, biostatisticians, and research teams
  • Comfortable working in a global and cross-functional environment
Important Note for Applicants

This position is focused on Real-World Evidence (RWE) research and is not a traditional clinical trial management role. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Phase I-III clinical trials, CRA activities, site monitoring, or clinical operations may not be the best fit unless they also have substantial exposure to Real-World Evidence research and consulting-based project delivery.
