Applications Project Manager - Tissue & Towel (North America)

The Applications Project Manager is a technical and market expert in the Tissue & Towel (T&T) industry, supporting commercial sales teams across the U.S. and Canada. This role partners closely with sales to grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, supporting audits, recommending products, and leading successful customer trials (30%)
  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot customer applications, and sustain long-term business through best practices (20%)
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to develop and launch new products, including validation across technical, financial, and regulatory requirements (25%)
  • Train sales teams and customers through technical education, materials, and safety guidance (15%)
  • Manage project reporting, documentation, and communications (10%)
  • Lead and coordinate projects end-to-end (planning, resourcing, execution, and performance monitoring), ensuring quality, timelines, and cost targets are met
