We are looking for aProgram Project Manager to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies.This role willreporttoSenior Director, Materials Program Managementand based inNewark, DE.This is a fully on-site, in officerole5 days a week. This team member will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Bloom's sales, marketing, engineering, regulatory, legal, installations, and finance teams to identify issues related to timely revenue recognition and drive those issues to closure. This position will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work across the organization to remove roadblocks for the project completion and revenue recognition.
  • Clearly tie the roadblocks to the business impact to help drive the right sense of urgency.
  • From the roadblocks, create and organize action items and drive the action owners to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Report progress to senior management.
  • Get results through detail-focused organization and by maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Develop detailed reporting and a streamlined process. This will include a proper escalation path and overall awareness across the company.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations program management.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Drive for quick results with vision of long term strategy.
  • Ability to lead projects and others successfully.
