Who are we looking for?
Based in Wilmington, DE, the Program Manager will be working within a global team of R&D scientists and Applications Engineers and in coordination with Business Unit leaders, Sales and Development partners, in the MicroMax business within the MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions (MAES) division of Element Solutions Inc (ESI). The Program Manager leads multiple interrelated projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is accountable for program-level performance, including execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
What will you be doing?
Program Execution & Delivery
  • Lead and manage multiple projects within a defined program structure
  • Ensure delivery of program objectives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects
  • Establish and maintain program plans, governance, and reporting structures

  • Translate business strategy into actionable program plans and priorities
