About the job   

As an EVAAS Technical Training Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that teachers, administrators, and others who use EVAAS web reports receives accurate, helpful, and timely support. This support includes answering users’ questions about interpreting and using reports, providing guidance on system navigation and security, and researching data issues. 

As a Technical Training Consultant, you will: 

  • Respond directly to users who have support tickets
  • Coordinate solutions in a hybrid environment through Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and JIRA
  • Prioritize and communicate requests for additional functionality and enhancements to the web development team 
  • Draft or review response templates for the support system
  • Lead webinars on accounts, roster verification, and other topics
  • Review communications, help, training materials, and resources

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Education or Communication. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, training, or education administration.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in remote/hybrid environments 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical reasoning abilities 
  • Strong technical, professional, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively 
  • Self-motivated learner who works independently and collaboratively 
  • Customer-focused with a track record of delivering quality results on time and following established processes and
  • procedures
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
