• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and couples, leveraging your clinical expertise to provide effective psychological support.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, emphasizing evidence-based and culturally sensitive methods.
• Utilize a therapist-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate clinical documentation efficiently.

Your role will involve working primarily with students and their families as part of our school focus initiative. You will address concerns affecting their psychological well-being and academic performance, offering a nurturing approach that fosters resilience and personal growth. Our diverse clientele may present various challenges, and your ability to connect with and support them will be vital in their journey toward better mental health.

• A valid and active California state LCSW license is required to practice in this role.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in relevant environments such as private practice, outpatient services, or community mental health programs.
• Strong commitment to providing ethical, inclusive, and trauma-informed care to clients.
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and maintaining a private and confidential workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.

• Experience working within school systems or with adolescent clients is highly desirable, as it aligns with our mission to support educational institutions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and interventions that cater to diverse populations will enrich your practice and enhance client outcomes.
