• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, ensuring the development of tailored and effective treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, individualized therapy to clients using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adapting treatment methods as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face geographical or physical accessibility issues, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards as well as organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends and practices in mental health care.

Your work will involve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
