• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, fostering personal growth and improved mental health.
• Set clear therapeutic objectives with clients and regularly monitor their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively, ensuring accessibility for clients with constraints related to travel or mobility.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring integration with electronic health record systems.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, attending workshops, trainings, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. You will work closely with patients from various backgrounds, customizing your approach in a way that resonates with their cultural, social, and personal circumstances, to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A bachelor's degree is required, complemented by a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Compassionate and empathic demeanor, with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote working setting.

While we welcome candidates at various stages of their career, previous experience providing therapy in a community health setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms would also be advantageous, allowing for smooth integration into our practice workflows.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
