Asia Medic Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our fully remote outpatient mental health clinic. You will be part of a detox center where you can connect with individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues, supporting them through their recovery journey. Your role as an LCSW will involve engaging clients through telehealth sessions where you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health challenges, emotional disorders, and behavioral issues, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that provide a roadmap for recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the diverse needs and preferences of your clients.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical records aligned with HIPAA regulations, ensuring full compliance as well as confidentiality in patient documentation.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment team, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers to offer coordinated, holistic care to clients.
• Present in case consultation and peer review meetings to continuously enhance service delivery through shared insights and best practices.
• Empower clients by providing education around mental health, treatment pathways, and connecting them with community resources that support their recovery.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about emerging trends and research in mental health.

The patients you will assist come from varied backgrounds, often facing complex mental health issues including substance use disorders. You will provide them with compassionate care while implementing evidence-based treatment strategies tailored for each individual's needs. Ensuring that every patient feels heard and supported is key to your role, as your therapeutic interventions will significantly impact their journey toward recovery and overall well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably focusing on psychotherapy and holistic treatment methods.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration and rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that will aid in patient assessments and treatment adaptations.
• A willingness to work effectively in a team-centered environment.

• Experience working in detox or addiction recovery settings is a plus, providing you with insights into the unique needs of this client population.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to optimize the delivery of care.
