• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, contributing to individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive understandings of each case.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including adults, families, and adolescents facing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding the unique contexts and experiences of your clients, your interventions will be truly impactful and tailored to the socio-cultural dynamics they navigate.

• A current and valid license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients in a virtual environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards the mental health challenges faced by clients, fostering a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic space.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage client schedules and documentation effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience providing remote therapy or counseling services.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with the caseload and additional responsibilities.
