• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, actively listening to clients' concerns to gather vital information for evaluation.
• Deliver individualized, family-focused, and group therapy sessions, customizing strategies to align with clients' unique backgrounds and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to effectively address diverse mental health issues.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that detail specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring client progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention services that involve risk assessments, safety planning, and connecting clients with necessary resources.
• Champion clients' rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring holistic case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and eliminating stigma in the broader community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A holistic understanding of cultural competence to effectively engage with a wide range of populations.

• Prior experience in a community mental health or similar setting is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and best practices is a plus, as we utilize remote technologies to deliver care.
• Demonstrated history of successful teamwork in interdisciplinary settings is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide:
