You will work closely with a supportive team of mental health professionals in a hospice center setting, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on holistic care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop robust and personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering their recovery and well-being.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client requirements.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that uphold confidentiality and align with all regulatory standards and documentation guidelines.
• Engage in regular case discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to integrated care strategies that address physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and the resources available to them.
• Stay current with relevant mental health research, incorporating new methodologies and strategies into your practice to optimize treatment outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals facing chronic mental health conditions, those receiving hospice care, and clients from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. You will use your expertise to promote healing, empowerment, and resilience among this vulnerable population.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical social work principles.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials, with no prior disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proven experience in clinical social work practice, specifically in areas including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Technical proficiency in various software applications and a willingness to engage with remote technology platforms for effective service delivery.

• Experience working in mental health settings with a focus on hospice or palliative care environments.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services that can enhance client treatment plans.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams that enhance comprehensive patient care.

For your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
