• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards while accurately documenting client interactions and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with effective coping strategies and resources to aid their journey toward improved mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health, applying new insights to enhance client care.

In this role, you will serve a broad spectrum of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges. Your expertise will enable you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and integrates their unique experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your respective state with no disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in clinical social work, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build rapport with a variety of clients and families.
• Strong technical proficiency, with a comfort level using remote technology platforms for teletherapy.

• Experience working with hospice patients or in palliative care settings is a significant plus, given our collaborative work with the Hospice Center.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities that address grief, loss, and end-of-life issues.
