• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and productive virtual environment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that take into account each client's unique strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices in your sessions.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and case consultations to ensure quality care and professional development.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By employing a culturally sensitive approach, you will work to understand each client's background and experiences, ensuring that treatments are relevant and effective.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health issues and therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience providing counseling or mental health services, particularly in a teletherapy setting, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
