Job Title: ENTRY LEVEL SHOP TECHAbout the Role:

Red Eye Radiator and DPF Specialist is looking for a hardworking and dependable entry level shop tech to join our team. This is an entry-level position with hands-on responsibilities in various areas of our operation, including cleaning and prepping parts, wash rack operations, sand and tap, and general maintenance work. If youโ€™re reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prep radiator and DPF parts for repair and reassembly

  • Operate in the wash rack area, using pressure washers and cleaning agents to remove soot, grease, and contaminants

  • Perform sand and tap operations to prepare parts for final use

  • Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Support technicians and other departments as needed

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:
  • Ability to work on your feet in a physically demanding environment

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Good attendance and punctuality

  • Positive attitude and team mindset

  • Previous experience in a shop or labor role is a plus but not required
