Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for an intermediate to advanced level IT technician to service our Arizona stores in Mesa and Peoria as well as assist with login information for the company. Some tasks include new hire computer set up, network troubleshooting and in-store technical support to staff. Read about us below! Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for ensuring systems run efficiently and smoothly
  • Provide technical support and advice to users (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals) in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users
  • Install software and provide instruction to users
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Participate in system upgrades and other projects
  • Attend training to stay current with advances in technology
  • Communicate with leadership to report the status of systems
  • Travel as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You should possess the following:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Automotive experience a plus
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot new technologies as they emerge
  • Demonstrate composure and effective listening skills
  • Stellar work ethic, outgoing and personable team member
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and sustain improvement activities
  • Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
