This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while supporting our clients’ mental health needs. • Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients to facilitate a safe and effective therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Engage in regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring adaptable treatment strategies to reflect the ongoing progress and changing needs of your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for various mental health challenges, incorporating strategies for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through consistent follow-up assessments and make adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide referrals to specialists and additional resources when clients require more comprehensive care beyond your scope as a therapist.

Your practice will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, understanding and respecting their unique experiences while guiding them toward healthier mental health outcomes.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Excellent therapeutic skills with a strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and motivational skills to empower clients in their therapeutic journey.
