Work Environment

In this remote telehealth setting, LPCs at Access Healing Therapy, Ltd utilize advanced digital platforms to conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and collaborate with team members. The workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a structured routine while supporting work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their wellness goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with families and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and ensure holistic support for clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
