About the Organization

Located in Hialeah, Florida, Serene Support Partners is a community health clinic devoted to making mental health services accessible to all. Our mission focuses on delivering high-quality care centered on the needs of our clients, which include individuals, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds. We specialize in addressing a myriad of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more, utilizing evidence-based therapies to foster resilience and recovery.

Work Environment

Our clinic operates in a fully remote setting, allowing our therapists the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of their chosen environments. This virtual work arrangement provides both convenience for our staff and accessibility for our clients, promoting a therapeutic atmosphere conducive to healing. We believe in the importance of a supportive work culture, and we foster an environment where open communication, personal development, and teamwork thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather relevant data about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources. This initial assessment ensures a tailored therapeutic approach for each individual.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and appropriate interventions for each client, adjusting as needed based on their progress and feedback.
  • Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to create cohesive, client-centered treatment strategies that address both psychological and social factors.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring that clients have access to immediate support and safety planning.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, strengthening community ties and allowing clients to learn from each other in a structured environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation corresponding to ethical and legal standards while ensuring a seamless flow of information within the treatment team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Serene Support Partners, we proudly serve a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of various ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each demographic, ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity throughout all interactions. You will have the chance to work closely with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, bullying, trauma, and family dynamics, allowing you to apply your clinical skills in impactful ways that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and interprofessional collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuously enhancing your clinical skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth best practices.
  • Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches or specific populations such as veterans, children, or at-risk youth.
  • Competence in providing psychoeducation to clients and families to empower them in their mental health journeys.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, accompanied by performance-based incentives and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
