This position is primarily remote, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while engaging with clients from the comfort of your home or office. While your main interaction will be virtual, you will have the opportunity to connect closely with other professionals in our outpatient setting when necessary. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and determine suitable treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized therapy programs that address the unique needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing scientifically validated techniques tailored to the specific dynamics of participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Support and educate clients' families, guiding them through the healing journey and helping them to understand the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Our clinic serves a varied clientele, providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families facing a diverse array of challenges including, but not limited to, marital discord, parenting issues, communication problems, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work with clients from all walks of life, striving to help them navigate and overcome their personal barriers, ultimately leading to healthier relationships and improved mental health.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a secure and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients experiencing various mental health struggles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and adhere to administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theory.
• Background in utilizing case management software or electronic health records (EHR) systems to track client progress and maintain documentation.
