• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs, strengths, and challenges. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviewing clients and their families.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' mental health issues, integrating evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to individual circumstances.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on healing from trauma, managing anxiety, and coping with depression.
• Maintain complete and accurate case documentation, ensuring all records comply with confidentiality and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to create a comprehensive support system for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with preference given to candidates holding a Master’s degree.
• Must have an active LMSW license in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in complex situations.

While a minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field is required, candidates with experience in hospice care, trauma-focused therapy, or case management will be given special consideration. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous, given our remote work setting.
