Mind Clarity P.C. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop tailored therapy strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed on the latest trends in mental health.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Mind Clarity P.C., you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. You will focus on providing care to clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment, encouraging clients to express their concerns and work towards attainable goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and various telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide integrative care.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex clinical scenarios and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
