Medical Scheduling Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Shadeland Area on east side)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Environment: On‑site training (4–6 weeks), then fully remote

Pay: $16/hr

What You’ll Do

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Follow all scheduling guidelines and departmental procedures
• Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and clinical teams
• Audit and complete electronic documentation of patient and case information
• Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, peers, and supervisors

Training & Work Environment

All new hires located in the Indianapolis area will attend orientation and new hire training at the Shadeland office.

After training, employees may qualify for:

• Hybrid work schedule

Team members work in socially distanced cubicles and collaborate through Microsoft Teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recent call center experience
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and remain professional under pressure
• Empathy and a patient‑centered mindset
• Willingness to adapt and support multiple departments when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
