The Remote Support Operator 1 will ensure our advanced installations work well and provide great service. This role will communicate with customers remotely, explaining how the installations function and giving them detailed reports on their performance. They will guide customers on using the installations correctly and handle any needed maintenance. The Remote Support Operator will prioritize customer satisfaction to deliver top-notch services and solutions.

Who You Are: The Remote Support Operator demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities by identifying issues quickly, developing effective solutions, and collaborating well in team environments. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business-related discipline.
  • Bachelor of Science in an applicable engineering discipline; direct experience in a similar role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of related experience in electromechanical/maintenance fields.
  • Preferred experience in RNG, commercial refrigeration or HVAC.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SCADA/HMI & PLC systems, MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Mechanical aptitude; experience with electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent technical and professional writing ability.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to develop and leverage relationships with equipment manufacturers to support the service of operations.
