We are currently seeking a full time Tier I Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of extensive hands on experience with desktop support including o365, Desktop Support and client facing experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support and remote remediation for complex issuesTroubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologiesProvide remote installations of new software and upgradesProvide remote installation of service Packs and security updatesProvide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issuesSkills & ExperienceKnowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applicationsExperience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Systems Administration is a plusJ-18808-Ljbffr
