What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead all financial reporting processes
• Oversee month-end, year-end, and annual close activities
• Manage general ledger activity, audits, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Supervise and develop a team of 6 accounting professionals
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
• Support ongoing operational and financial growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• 4-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred, ideally in P&C
• Leadership experience as a Finance or Accounting Supervisor, Manager, or similar role
• Also open to experienced Senior Accountants ready for advancement w/ prior leadership experience
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and process improvement skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership teams
