Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW professionals, to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, identifying strengths and challenges.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, with a commitment to promoting client autonomy and personal growth.
  • Facilitate a collaborative approach by working with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, consultations, and training opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds and age groups. The therapist will have the opportunity to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can thrive.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Current and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies and client engagement strategies.
  • Ability to conduct professional evaluations, make treatment recommendations, and implement strategies that support client progress.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy and using virtual platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • A background in collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams or community organizations.
