Job description

Position Overview:
The Business Process & Compliance Specialist supports Dealer and 1099 Field Sales onboarding and offboarding activities, with a strong emphasis on licensing, compliance, and system accuracy. This role ensures onboarding and separation processes are completed accurately and compliantly in alignment with company policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements, while providing a best-in-class onboarding experience.
This is a REMOTE position and the pay is $21-$24/hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and provide support to business teams and 1099 field agents through the onboarding process, including licensing verification, background check approval reviews, system login creation, security role assignments, and team data maintenance.
  • Process new dealer onboarding requests, including ordering lien searches, organizing files for management review and approval, and creating system logins for external parties.
  • Initiate UCC-1 and maintain UCC-3 filing requests in coordination with management to support compliance requirements.
  • Manage onboarding and separation requests for dealer partners and 1099 field agents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across multiple platforms, including SugarCRM, Alarm.com, and Brinks Home Academy.
  • Maintain and update the commissions platform, including initial setup, ongoing changes, and periodic reviews.
  • Provide support to other Partner Operations teams as business needs and workload capacity allow.
Requirements:
Technical & Operational Skills
  • Proven ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple systems simultaneously, including Salesforce, Partner Portal, SugarCRM, commission platforms, licensing board websites, and internal tracking tools.
  • Experience using electronic signature platforms such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) search and filing requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) in a corporate environment.
Analytical & Compliance Skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and comprehension skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify unusual activity, recognize trends, and assess potential compliance risks.
  • Experience interpreting licensing guidelines, statutes, and internal procedure manuals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and chat correspondence.
  • Ability to prepare reports and provide clear, concise updates to internal teams and onboarding partners.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
