Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (Temp) who will support the field sales organization by providing administrative and transactional sales support for Hanwha Vision products. This role acts as an extension of the field sales team by assisting with quotations, partner communications, CRM updates, and sales coordination tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Field Support:
    • Support direct and indirect field sales teams with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks
    • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales quotations using provided tools and guidelines
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate sales documentation
  • Partner Communication (Non-Phone Based)
    • Communicate with Hanwha Vision partners primarily via email and CRM tools
    • Share pre-approved information regarding programs, promotions, and updates as directed
    • Ensure partners receive necessary materials to support ongoing sales opportunities
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records in CRM systems
    • Document customer interactions, transactions, and sales activity in accordance with internal guidelines
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
  • Lead & Opportunity Support:
    • Assist with lead tracking and qualification support based on defined criteria
    • Route leads and opportunities to appropriate field sales contacts
    • Support follow-up activities coordinated by the field sales team
  • Order & Sales Operations Support
    • Respond to internal inquiries related to order status, inventory visibility, and quotation updates
    • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve order-related issues
    • Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to appropriate internal teams
  • Events & Sales Activities (Support Role Only)
    • Assist with administrative coordination for events, webinars, or sales activities as needed
    • Support post-event follow-up activities (data entry, reporting, coordination)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales support, inside sales administration, customer operations, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred (SAP and/or SugarCRM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong written communication skills (email and internal documentation)
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear direction
  • Ability to quickly learn internal processes and workflows (no product training required)
  • College degree preferred but not require
